out of who to call with our EP Henry Authorized Hardscaping™ Contractor
(EPHAHC) Program, featuring Contractor Select™. We are the only company in the
industry to bring you this invaluable service. Our contractors have been prescreened
and are monitored by us, to give you the comfort you deserve when you're ready
to make the investment. For our contractors to become Authorized, they must
meet the following criteria set by EP Henry:
Have general liability insurance and Workman's Compensation (where applicable)
Provide a copy of their written guarantee on their workmanship for a minimum of three (3) years
Required to install products in compliance with ICPI, NCMA and EP Henry standards
Inspection of several of their installations by ConServ®, our contractor services division
Agree to bi-annual job site inspections to insure continued compliance to Program's objectives
Obtain at least eight (8) approved credit hours each year of Hardscape construction and/or segmental retaining wall construction or business related courses that are approved for continuing education credits
Commit to following up on all leads generated by EP Henry within three (3) business days.

EP Henry will replace any of its Paving Stone and Wall System products, installed following our installation guidelines, which prove to be defective at no cost. We cannot guarantee the color match of replacement units and this guarantee does not extend to replacement labor.
