Introduction

EP Henry is the leading independently owned manufacturer of unit concrete products. For nearly 105 years, EP Henry has been on the cutting edge with current and new product development.

History

In business since 1903, the company began in Edward P. Henry's basement, where he produced concrete blocks from wood molds. Much has changed in the last century. Concrete block has evolved into an upscale material offered in a variety of textures, shapes, color and scales.

In addition to continuing with the production of concrete block used in building construction, EP Henry manufactures a full line of Hardscaping™ Products (products used for residential and commercial paving and wall applications).

EP Henry now has five fully automated manufacturing facilities in four locations:

• Woodbury, NJ
• Vineland, NJ
• Wrightstown, NJ
• Parker Ford, PA

Additionally, a distribution site opened April 1, 2005 to service the Baltimore-Washington market, with plans to build a manufacturing facility in the near future.

Two Business Divisions

• Profile™ architectural and standard (gray) concrete masonry units

EP Henry Hardscaping™ Products

Hardscaping products consist of:

• EP Henry Paving Stones
• EP Henry Wall Systems
• The Coventry® Line of tumbled pavers, walls and edging systems
• The DevonStone® Collection of Cast Stone Paving
• EP Henry Permeable Pavement Systems, which allow water through to return to the soil

Among the most popular uses are:

• walkways, driveways, patios and pool decks (pavers)
• garden walls, retaining walls, raised patios and steps (wall systems)
• driveways, overflow parking, emergency access roads, and slope stabilization (ECO™ Pavers)

EP Henry Paving Stones (pavers) - Available in a wide range of shapes and colors, offering a durable and beautiful alternative to traditional paving products such as asphalt and concrete. Our pavers offer strength, beauty, affordability, and availability.

The DevonStone® Collection - DevonStone® by EP Henry captures the elegance, grace and tradition of Old World stone paving but without its traditional installation challenges. Uniform heights and sizes make DevonStone® almost as easy to install as EP Henry Paving Stones. Yet, the subtle range of colors and surface textures renders it almost indistinguishable from natural stone materials such as bluestone and flagstone.

EP Henry Wall Systems - Ten distinct systems for garden and retaining walls for walls from 1' up to over 30' in height are offered in a variety of colors and textures. Like their paver counterparts, they are designed for maximum ease of installation and curb appeal. Our Wall Systems feature mortar-less interlocking construction, and can be used to build straight and curved walls, as well as creating steps. Engineered Wall products include a: positive mechanical connection system, along with several clip and pin-less systems.

EP Henry Environmental Paving Systems - EP Henry's paving products include our award winning Eco™ Pavers, a permeable pavement system designated as a BMP for stormwater infiltration. In addition, EP Henry manufactures two permeable grid products; Turf Paver for emergency access roadways and Monslab for erosion control.

EP Henry Profile Concrete Masonry Units (CMU's)

Profile concrete masonry units include:

• Decro-Face®, a patented sand-blasting process which produces a natural weathered appearance
• GroundFace, a smooth polished finish similar to cut stone
• Split and Fluted, ten unique styles in over fifty standard color options
• TwinTone™, a blend resembling brick and natural stone
• BishopStone™, the first offering in their Coventy® Masonry Wall Systems line of tumbled products that replicate natural stone

Mid-Atlantic Hardscaping Trade Show (MAHTS®)

EP Henry's Hardscaping Products line has spawned an entire new line of business - Hardscaping installation. In order to meet the demand for quality contractor installation of our products, EP Henry produces a one-of-a-kind weeklong event, the Mid-Atlantic hardscaping Trade Show™.

MAHTS® Mission Statement
The Mid-Atlantic Hardscaping™ Trade Show (MAHTS) is an educational event for Hardscaping contractors and distributors. The show provides the opportunity for attendees to experience first hand the innovative technical, product, and equipment developments in the Hardscaping industry. MAHTS’ primary focus is to provide contractors with a classroom education and hands on construction experience necessary to develop their skills as business professionals.
