EP Henry recognizes that selecting the right contractor for your Hardscaping project is not a simple task.

The Contractor Select program is designed to match you with pre-qualified, professional Hardscaping™ contractors that meet the individual specifications of your particular project. Our goal is to provide you not only the best products but also the best finished project.

Your EP Henry Project Consultant
Once you submit your Project Request form, an EP Henry Authorized Hardscaping Contractors® (EPHAHCs) that best fit the specific project will contact you. Your request will assign a tracking number to your project so that, at any time during the process, they can readily access your record.

EPHAHCs are required to go through a rigorous inspection and pre-qualification process in order to have the opportunity to bid on your project.  A full list of these qualifications and certifications is available on our EPHAHC program webpage. 

The Follow-up
Each EPHAHC that has been selected for you will be forwarded your project information. You will have access to their contact information as well. They will contact you within three business days to make an appointment to meet with you onsite, and they will follow up with a written proposal for the scope of work to be completed. Upon review of the proposals, you may now select the EPHAHC that best fits your project needs and begin the building phase of your project.

If, at any point in the Contractor Select process, from inception to completion of your project, you have questions, concerns or need additional information, please contact your EP Henry Project Consultant.

Closing the Loop
Once your project is complete, the EPHAHC will provide you with a warranty on their workmanship. In addition, EP Henry will send you a Customer Satisfaction Survey via email. This survey will help us to ensure you are happy with your project and also will allow us to provide you with our Lifetime Warranty on your EP Henry products. You also will receive a welcome packet that includes information on the care of your product along with a bronze EP Henry Medallion which you can affix to your project so others will know you "Insist on the Best."
