EP Henry Authorized Hardscaping Contractor® Program

To help you find a qualified hardscape professional to install your EP Henry Hardscaping™ products, we've created the exclusive EP Henry Authorized Hardscaping Contractor® (EPHAHC) program. In this program, contractors have obtained Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI) and National Concrete Masonry Association (NCMA) certification and have passed EP Henry's rigorous standards of construction.

An EPHAHC must meet the following requirements:

  • Have successfully completed the ICPI Contractor Skills Certification course and the NCMA's Segmental Retaining Wall Certification (for wall construction only)
  • Pass a credit check approval process
  • Have general liability insurance and Workman’s Compensation (where applicable)
  • Provide a copy of their written guarantee on their workmanship for a minimum of three (3) years
  • Required to install products in compliance with ICPI, NCMA and EP Henry standards
  • Inspection of several of their installations by ConServ®, our contractor services division
  • Agree to bi-annual job site inspections to insure continued compliance to Program’s objectives
  • Obtain at least eight (8) approved credit hours each year of Hardscape construction and/or segmental retaining wall construction or business related courses that are approved for continuing education credits
  • Commit to following up on all leads generated by EP Henry within three (3) business days*

*Please contact Colleen Swider, if an EP Henry Authorized Hardscaping Contractor® does not return your phone call or e-mail within three (3) business days. (Please give any contractor the full three (3) business day period before calling us).

The EPHAHC program was developed with you in mind, because at EP Henry, not only do we want you to get the best product, but also the best installed product.

While we have done our best to prescreen these contractors, please do your due diligence and also check references, experience with jobs of similar scope, etc. before contracting with any. We would also suggest that you get a thorough proposal in writing before starting work that spells out job specifics, products to be used, warranty, payment terms, and any other issues that you deem appropriate. It is the customer's responsibility to determine, before hiring any contractor, whether the contractor carries liability and workmen's compensation insurance in adequate amounts and coverage's for the customer's project.

Please Note: EP Henry Authorized Hardscaping Contractors® are not employees of EP Henry; they are independent, professional contractors EP Henry recognizes as generally providing a high standard of service and quality. EP Henry's designation of contractors as EP Henry Authorized Hardscaping Contractor® is as an accommodation to its customers only, and EP Henry assumes no responsibility for any work performed by any EP Henry Authorized Hardscaping Contractor®.
