The EPHAHC program was developed with you
in mind, because at EP Henry, not only do we
want you to get the best product, but also
the best installed product.
While we have done our best to prescreen
these contractors, please do your due
diligence and also check references,
experience with jobs of similar scope, etc.
before contracting with any. We would also
suggest that you get a thorough proposal in
writing before starting work that spells out
job specifics, products to be used,
warranty, payment terms, and any other
issues that you deem appropriate. It is the
customer's responsibility to determine,
before hiring any contractor, whether the
contractor carries liability and workmen's
compensation insurance in adequate amounts
and coverage's for the customer's project.
Please Note: EP Henry Authorized Hardscaping Contractors®
are not employees of EP Henry; they are independent, professional contractors
EP Henry recognizes as generally providing a high standard of service
and quality. EP Henry's designation of contractors as EP Henry Authorized
Hardscaping Contractor® is as an accommodation to its customers only,
and EP Henry assumes no responsibility for any work performed by any EP
Henry Authorized Hardscaping Contractor®.
