Commercial Sales Manager

Description
Sales Manager / Sales Representative - this hands-on sales manager
role will manage commercial sales representatives and call on a
variety of construction professionals to develop and close
commercial retaining wall sales opportunities. Meet with
architects, and engineers to educate and promote commercial wall
products. Provide technical product support to engineers and
contractors.
Requirements
• Business development experience and
knowledge
• Commercial construction experience
• Understanding of geo-technical/structural
engineering, building block grid and manufactured mechanically
stabilized earth is a plus
• The ability to read blueprints and understand
elevations is required
• Must have strong written, verbal, organization
and communication skills
• Excellent computer skills, presentation skills
and selling skills
• Sales experience in concrete products or
construction related products beneficial
• A min. of 5 yrs of sales or construction exp
is necessary
• Experience with Customer Relationship
Management System (CRM) is desired
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent
experience
