Choose a Contractor

Why choose an EP Henry Authorized Hardscaping
Contractor®?
Years ago, EP Henry identified the need to "raise the bar" in
order to assure complete homeowner satisfaction with their EP Henry
Hardscaping projects. To accomplish this we created the EP Henry
Authorized Hardscaping Contractor® (EPHAHC) program. When you
select an EPHAHC to install your project, you
know the job will be completed by a
seasoned professional…and backed by EP Henry. We even back their
installation warranty, the only
manufacturer in the industry to offer our homeowners this extra
peace of mind.
What's behind our unique contractor selection
process?
What you don't see is the time we spend in educating, training,
and qualifying our contractors to be sure they are capable to
perform the complete scope of your project. Each contractor in our
program has an in-depth profile detailing the services they
provide: project size, wall heights, masonry work, landscaping,
lighting, water features, and more. We inspect their projects
before validating a profile category. When you are provided
contractor names by your EP Henry Project Consultant, you can have
confidence they'll get the job done right.

full three (3) business day period before calling us).
The EPHAHC program was developed with you in mind, because
at EP Henry, not only do we want you to get the best product, but
also the best installed product.
While we have done our best to prescreen these contractors, please
do your due diligence and also check references, experience with
jobs of similar scope, etc. before contracting with any. We would
also suggest that you get a thorough proposal in writing before
starting work that spells out job specifics, products to be used,
warranty, payment terms, and any other issues that you deem
appropriate. It is the customer's responsibility to determine,
before hiring any contractor, whether the contractor carries
liability and workmen's compensation insurance in adequate amounts
and coverage's for the customer's project.
Please Note: EP Henry Authorized Hardscaping
Contractors® are not employees of EP Henry; they are independent,
professional contractors EP Henry recognizes as generally providing
a high standard of service and quality. EP Henry's designation of
contractors as EP Henry Authorized Hardscaping Contractors is as an
accommodation to its customers only.
